October 9th is Ugandan Independence Day. We had a blessed Friday evening service (Independence Day Service) at church and I started the sermon by telling the church that If there’s one thing our world needs right now it’s help from God.
The good news–the great news–is that God is “a very present help in times of trouble.” (Psalm 46;1)
This means God is a very present help in your times of trouble, It also means his help is available for our nation. I think we can all agree we need it.
Last week, I went to a local school to give bibles to students. The students have such a hunger for the truth and a love of reading. I have seen students who will read the English bible to their families, translating it into the local language for them. Through the students, God blesses the community!
See how joyful these students are after getting their bibles today, I am so happy and glorifying God! Thank you so much for praying and supporting us. May God bless you abundantly.
